Immersive Candlelight Holiday Concert ILLUMINATION Returns to Lancaster at Prima Theatre

Lancaster, PA: Prima Theatre’s annual elevated holiday experience, ILLUMINATION, an immersive candlelight holiday concert, is pleased to announce its return to Lancaster for 2024. The musical event, which is quickly becoming a holiday tradition across the greater Delaware Valley, will play a limited engagement, November 22-December 22, 2024, at 941 Wheatland Ave, Lancaster, PA.

ILLUMINATION is an immersive candlelight concert that puts audience members right in the middle of the magic. As soon as guests walk in the theater, they will bask in the radiant ambiance of candlelight in the 360-degree arena playing area. Encircled by seating on all sides, a grand piano will command the center stage, complemented by a talented ensemble of musicians and vocalists. There will be new twists on familiar carols and songs presented throughout the 80 minute experience.

The cast of 2024’s ILLUMINATION concert includes Karisa Fulmer, Gabbi Mack, Ali Murphy, and Aaron Pottenger. Additional casting will be announced at a later date.

All-Inclusive Experience
Special all-inclusive seating, which includes an exclusive view from a cabaret table, a specialty cocktail, and signature sweet treat delivered to the table before the show, is also available. Guests must be 21 or older to access these distinctive seats, situated on the raised stage and accessible solely by stairs.

ABOUT THE PERFORMERS

Karisa Fulmer is a Pennsylvania native who attended both the Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts and Temple University for vocal performance. She has since performed across the U.S., overseas, and even ON the seas! Her most notable contracts to date include multiple shows for Universal Studios Japan, Silver Dollar City, and Celebrity Cruises. You may also recognize her from Girl Group Greats or last year’s production of Illumination. Karisa also hosts a podcast for seasoned and aspiring performers alike titled the “Booked & Blessed Podcast.” She is overjoyed to be reprising her role and to be spending another holiday season with her Prima family! @karisahope

Gabbi Mack is so honored to be joining the talented cast/crew of Illumination! She's a performer, arts educator/coach, and choreographer. Most known for her her-story making 2-year run as Catherine of Aragon in Six the Musical, Gabbi has performed on tour, regionally and in NYC in various musicals, plays, concerts and new works. Indescribably grateful to the entire team at Prima Theatre for this opportunity! Love to my fellow Illumination cast and crew. Ali Murphy is a multi-talented musician based in Nashville, TN. The Lancaster native began her involvement with Prima in 2019 as a NextGen intern and has since been involved in multiple projects including Jekyll & Hyde, Queen & Journey, Girl Group Greats, Illumination, and most recently Off the Yellow Brick Road. Upon graduation from the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami in 2022, Ali moved to Nashville to pursue music full time. Since her time there, she has released her debut EP titled A Long Time Coming, a single titled “Blue T-Shirt,” and has had the honor to perform at many well known venues around town, including The Bluebird Cafe. Ali is so excited to return to Lancaster for this project and would like to thank the entire Prima team for this opportunity! @alimurphymusic

Aaron Pottenger is excited to finally make his debut at Prima Theatre! Based in New York City, he has performed on numerous stages throughout Lancaster County and across the United States, including The Fulton Theatre, American Music Theatre, Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre, and Sight and Sound Theatres. Some of his favorite regional roles include those in Ragtime, Beauty & the Beast, Cinderella, Sondheim on Sondheim, Guys & Dolls, among many others.
